Write to us about a .olm that converted badly, a format you need that is not here, or anything on these pages that is wrong. Mail is read by a person; expect a reply within a few working days.
What to include
The Outlook for Mac version that made the archive, the browser and operating system you converted on, the destination format you chose, and what happened instead of what you expected. Do not send us your archive, it contains your mail, and we do not want a copy. A screenshot of the error is enough.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover a corrupt archive, retrieve mail that was never exported, or produce .pst files.
